ഇന്ന് ഉച്ചയോടെയാണ് സംഭവം. ചാനിയം കടവ് പാലത്തിൽ നിന്ന് യുവാവ് പുഴയിലേക്ക് ചാടുന്നത് കണ്ട നാട്ടുകാർ ഉടൻ തന്നെ രക്ഷാപ്രവർത്തനം നടത്തി ഷൈജലിനെ പുഴയിൽ നിന്ന് പുറത്തെടുത്തു. തുടർന്ന് സമീപത്തെ ആശുപത്രിയിൽ എത്തിച്ചെങ്കിലും ജീവൻ രക്ഷിക്കാനായില്ല.
